The company HS-Luftfilterbau GmbH holds a prominent position within the range of the air filtration in climatic and ventilation systems of any category or size. As medium-sized enterprise we offer both a complete "standard air filter program", and customer specified solutions from own manufacturing.

With our products and more than 45 years experience we offer a pure climate to our customers by effective products as well as perfect service. We want to meet this requirement, by dealing daily and internationally with the various customer needs. Our tradition, experience and our knowledge make it possible for us to offer for each customer the optimal solution. The HS Luftfilterbau avails itself for it of always progressive production methods, quality assurance processes and IT techniques. For the processing of high-quality filtering mediums we have a powerful team, which operates our modern manufacturing equipment, e.g. manufacturing robots, pleating machines and scan-testers.

Our future orientation is basis for a thorough progress. Progress also means to take the responsibility in relation to the environment, the society, the customer and the employees seriously.

HS-Luftfilterbau GmbH manufactures specialists air filters and air filtration products for the worldwide distribution. The nature of the company's activities places particular emphasis on experience, expertise, capability, performance, reliability and quality.

It is our target to provide products that, irrespective of their relative price, exceed our customers expectations in terms of perceived quality by cautious use of natural resources. A secure and joyful working climate is basis for reaching our objective.

In order to achieve this objective it is our policy to maintain an effective quality and environmental management system which is planned and continually developed to satisfy the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

The quality and environmental management system is founded on our four basic rules:

Continuous improvement of production, manufacturing and administration processes

Our Team members continuously monitor and checkmanufacturing conditions, processes and product quality. In regularintervals our dedicated staff ensures that procedures for qualitycontrol, environment protection and control and safety regulations arestrictly followed. Should any faults or errors be detected or settargets are not achieved our dedicated staff will immediatelyinvestigate the cause or causes of any such faults and ensure thatcorrective action is taken immediately to maintain the high companystandards. In additional the processes will be investigated andpreventive procedures implemented.

Quality conscious and environment friendly manufacturing processes

When implementing processes our company aims tocontinuously improve on quality standards, environmental protection ofmanufactured goods. This is achieved by also monitoring the effectiveand environmentally controlled use of energies, raw materials, and anyother substances involved in the manufacturing process. Any by-productor waste will be re-cycled where possible or disposed according tostrictest standards and current waste disposal regulations. During anyimprovement of manufacturing processes environmental issues are treatedwith the same priority than economical factors. Any change is strictlycontrolled, documented and monitored for long-term viability andefficiency. At the same time no sacrifices are made to quality standardsto meet environmental standards.

Staff members accept full responsibility

Our company strives to be the leader in qualityconscious and environment friendly practices, which must be valued andaccepted between its staff members. We motivate staff members acceptanceof responsibility towards quality and environment. This is achieved byclear and effective communication, training and involving staff of alllevels in discussions, as well as leading by example, irrespective ofindividual job functions or management levels. Top management constantlymonitors documentation, implementation and enforcing of this strategy.

Clear and effective communication and information

In our company any quality control, environment andsafety regulations and aspects are clearly and effectively communicatedbetween all staff from the factory floor to top management. Any staffmember or interested person is invited by management to inform him orherself about this company or its strategy with all quality, environmentand safety aspects.

History

HS-Luftfilterbau GmbH looks back on a fairly long history. In more than 30 year’s we collected a great treasure of know-how and competence. Our success is justified by our satisfied customers and the quality of our products. Following milestones have been of certain importance for our development:ge PV plant to cover own demand and expansion of capacities by another EN 1822 test center.
